Our client is an established supplier of engineering solutions to the mining industry.

They wish to appoint a Project Engineer to be responsible for the business development and project management of their proprietary rockfall mitigation solutions to the open cast mining and roads sector in Africa.

This opportunity will be of interest to an Engineer or Technician who has a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience in engineering with a good understanding of the mining industry.

The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating between locally based consulting engineers, who will provide detailed designs, and with overseas manufacturing facilities and local manufacturing facilities, who will produce all required materials. He, or she, will then be responsible for all aspects of managing several site agents on several construction sites throughout the African continent.
