A bachelors degree (or diploma) in Civil Engineering, or Transport Economics, or Planning or similar.
Post graduate qualifications in Transportation or Transport Economics or Business Administration desirable.
Professional registration with ECSA or with CILTSA essential.

They wish to appoint a business leader to be responsible for design, design management and project management of transport related projects as well as business development in South and Southern Africa.
This is an excellent career opportunity for a skilled professional with at least 15 years post graduate experience and good technical understanding of all transport modes and sectors i.e. roads & highways, ports & airports, passenger and freight transport as well as the interaction between these modes.
The successful applicant will ultimately be responsible for securing major assignments in the transport sector (from planning through to implementation) and for managing the delivery of such projects within time and on budget.
He, or she, will be supported by local and global technical support teams and divisions in Planning and Design and Infrastructure Engineering as well as commercial and financial experts to ensure that solutions are financially feasible and that funding is available.
