Negotiable to a maximum of R2 200 000 per annum depending on experience.
Our client is an established developer of greenfield industrial building projects.
They wish to appoint a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for all aspects of greenfield industrial project development from feasibility studies through to commissioning and handover of completed projects.
This opportunity will be of interest to an experienced Project Manager who has at least 15 years post graduate experience with extensive exposure in leading a professional project team consisting of Architects, Civil, Structural and Electrical Engineers and Fire Prevention Specialists etc.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and or Afrikaans and must be available to travel around South Africa on a regular basis.
Only persons in possession of RSA Citizenship, Permanent Residence or other appropriate RSA Work Permit / Documentation as well as the specified qualifications and experience will be considered for shortlisting.
