Our client is an established consulting engineer focusing on the design and rehabilitation of commercial building structures (office blocks, shopping centres etc.).

They wish to appoint a Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technologist to be responsible for the design and documentation of the civil infrastructure (access roads, stormwater systems, water and sewerage systems) normally encountered during the upgrading/refurbishment of such projects.

This opportunity will be of interest to a Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technologist who has a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar capacity. He (or she) will be responsible for progressing the design from basic concept through to securing municipal approval of all amendments, for drawing and detailing all amendments and for ensuring that the execution of all civil works on site is to acceptable standards and correctly invoiced.

Only persons in possession of RSA Citizenship, Permanent Residence or other appropriate RSA Work Permit/Documentation as well as the listed qualifications and experience will be considered for shortlisting.
