Our client is an established consulting engineer focusing on the design of new commercial building structures as well as the rehabilitation of existing complexes (office blocks, shopping centres etc.).

They wish to appoint a Civil Engineering Technologist to be responsible for the design and documentation of the civil infrastructure (access roads, stormwater systems, water and sewerage systems) normally associated with the construction/refurbishment of such projects.

This opportunity will be of interest to a Civil Engineering Technologist who has a minimum of 8 years experience as well as significant exposure in a similar capacity. He (or she) will be responsible for progressing the design from basic concept through to securing municipal approval of all designs and amendments, for drawing and detailing all amendments and for ensuring that the execution of all civil works on site is to acceptable standards and correctly invoiced.

Only persons in possession of RSA Citizenship, Permanent Residence or other appropriate RSA Work Permit/Documentation as well as the listed qualifications and experience will be considered for shortlisting.
