Qualified by experience

The persons shortlisted for this opportunity will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the bitumen industry with solid knowledge of the road construction sector or the construction materials sector as well as an understanding of the major role players in these sectors.

Highly negotiable to a maximum of R 600k per annum depending on experience – it is not likely that anyone earning a current package of less than R 400k per annum will have sufficient experience to be shortlisted.

He (or she) will be responsible for managing their own deliverables while working predominantly from home.

Their main responsibilities will be to follow up on marketing leads provided to them and to build and maintain relationships with bitumen and emulsion manufacturers, asphalt producers, construction firms, concession holders and government agencies.

They will also be responsible for providing assistance in compiling and submitting quotations for the supply of bitumen, bid negotiations and client liaison and converting quotations into commercially acceptable purchase orders

Only persons in possession of RSA Citizenship, Permanent Residence or other appropriate RSA Work Permit/Documentation as well as the listed qualifications and experience will be considered for shortlisting.
